Jess & Alicia, crafting some milky froth with a smile // Yelo @ 7:50am
It was either gonna catch everyone by surprise today or be a bucket of slop. We got the slop! Well, not literally but the 18 second swell period hasn't eventuated into anything significant. The waves are still small (1 foot) and the banks are crumbling.

The one thing that I knew would be consistent today was the morning caffeine buzz. It's way easier to predict than the weather & wave conditions.

We may have some better luck with the waves over the weekend and into early next week. They should range between 2-3 foot from tomorrow till Monday. The only issue that we're having in the metro area is the lack of banks at the beach breaks. There just aren't many around. Best to try for the reefs or head out of town.

P.S. Mother's Day on Sunday! Love ya' Mum.
